01Who controls your data

Frank Merch Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have a question about your data or want to exercise a right below, email privacy@frankmerch.com.

02What we collect

Account and contact details you give us — name, company, email, phone and delivery address. Order details — the briefs, artwork and specifications tied to your projects. Usage data — how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technology.

We only ask for what we need to quote, produce and deliver your order, and to run your account.

03How we use it

To prepare quotes, produce and deliver orders, run your client portal, take payment, provide support, and — where you have agreed — send occasional updates about products and offers.

We rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, your consent for marketing, and our legal obligations, as the lawful bases for this processing.

04Who we share it with

We share data with the suppliers and couriers who help fulfil your order, and with payment and IT providers who operate our systems, always under agreements that protect it. We do not sell your personal data.

05How long we keep it

We keep order and account records for as long as you have an account with us and for the period we are required to keep financial records afterwards. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

06Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To do so, email privacy@frankmerch.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

07Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
